All of Zalea's arrangements are designed with the freshest ingredients. If we happen to be out of a type of bloom, or a color (or if they're not the freshest), our team will reach out to let you know what the substitution options are! Substitutions can happen with all fresh product - so we make sure you have the freshest possible arrangements.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The arrangement was gorgeous! My order was for an arrangement that would honor a beautiful relative that had passed. It's always a risk to order arrangements from out of state when you're not familiar with the area. But, Zalea's creation helped me be there in spirit when I couldn't be there in person. It was perfect.
