I decided to go with Zalea Florist after reading several reviews of florists in the area. I am in Buffalo, NY and when placing orders out of my area, you're always hoping for a great experience, and I was not let down. From the moment the employee picked up the phone and throughout the entire process I was so pleased with everything. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful, and I truly feel like they heard what look I was aiming for and really nailed it. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful bouquet and great customer service!

I am from out of state, I did not know anything about this company. Took a chance and the flowers were beautiful! The delivery charge was a fair price. I wanted balloons added to the flowers, but they did not carry them. Instead, they graciously added 2026 to the flowers. Thank you for doing that, I had no idea they were going to do that. Thanks again! Sandy
