If we happen to be out of a type of bloom, or a color (or if they're not the freshest), our team will reach out to let you know what the substitution options are! Substitutions can happen with all fresh product - so we make sure you have the freshest possible arrangements.

I had a fantastic experience with Zalea Flowers! I used them for the first time for a same-day floral arrangement—during Valentine’s week, no less—and they created the most beautiful bouquet for my occasion. Their service was excellent; they even called to update me on when it would be ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be using them again
