If we happen to be out of a type of bloom, or a color (or if they're not the freshest), our team will reach out to let you know what the substitution options are! Substitutions can happen with all fresh product - so we make sure you have the freshest possible arrangements.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. Wow, I could not be more impressed! Simply stunning! Every bloom is so fresh and vibrant. My mom is over the moon in LOVE and it made for a very Happy Birthday. Beautiful!! I’ve never received flowers from Zalea. I always send their flowers to people locally and hear how beautiful the arrangement is. Well, my husband surprised me for my birthday and sent me a beautiful arrangement - the Oh Happy YAY! - I love it, and was surprised- the flowers are so fresh, special and my office smells amazing too. Thank you!! Such a unique arrangement- flowers you don’t see everyday and at typical flower shops. Zalea is so special!!
