All of Zalea's arrangements are designed with the freshest ingredients. If we happen to be out of a type of bloom, or a color (or if they're not the freshest), our team will reach out to let you know what the substitution options are! Substitutions can happen with all fresh product - so we make sure you have the freshest possible arrangements.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

This was my 1st time using Zalea's and I was impressed all around and will use their services again. From ordering just a day ahead, they let me know at each stage how my order was progressing and their delivery was ontime and flawless, enabling a wonderful surprise for my SO as she got off from work. Even with substitutions the piece was arranged as advertised with the substitutions rather improving it in my opinion. Thank you Zalea, your team is wonderful and I look forward to more orders to come.

It was so easy to place an order online, and the bouquet was spectacular (yet somehow still reasonably priced!). They were also prompt with delivery to my intended recipient, and gave me clear updates along the way as it was being delivered. Would highly recommend them! Such a smooth process.
