I sent sympathy flowers to my uncle whose wife just passed away. I appreciate the photo of the bouquet prior to deliver. The arrangement was absolutely perfect and my uncle remarked how beautiful the flowers are.

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience I had ordering through Zalea. I hate sending flowers and not getting confirmation from the florist that they have been delivered. It’s awkward to have to confirm with the recipient if they received anything- especially in the case of sending something with sympathy. Zalea sent an update the day before delivery including a picture of the arrangement, they sent notifications before and after the arrangement was delivered, and I even spoke to the driver about confusing address issues. They couldn’t have been nicer. The arrangement is beautiful and there were such unique options to chose from. The recipient is going through a very hard time, and she loved the arrangement so much she has now become a fan and customer too. Thank you for being a bright light through this experience, ya’ll are truly wonderful
